The Chapel is always open for adoration.  Keypad access only between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.  For the Holiday Break schedule, please click here. Call the parish office (233-3092) for access information or to sign up for a scheduled adoration hour.

Sacramental Schedules

Reconciliation:  Saturday 3:30-4:30 pm; or anytime by appointment.  Reconciliation in Spanish:  anytime by appointment. Marriage:  Please call the Parish Office at least six months before setting a date. Baptism:  To Participate in the Baptismal Program, please call the Parish Office.  Instruction for parents is required. Sick Calls:  Call the Parish Office to make arrangements to receive the Sacrament of the Sick.


Year of Mercy
On Thursday, November 3rd, we are going to have ‘slipper day’ for our students and staff to end the Year of Mercy. For a suggested donation of $1, your child may bring slippers to wear at school that day. Please wear regular school shoes to and from school. Our donation will be sent to the Israel Family Hospice House. Please add this to your November calendar as it was planned after the calendar was printed. Thank you for your participation.

Parent Teacher Conference Sign Ups
Please note that we do not follow Ames Public or Gilbert Public Schools schedule during our parent-teacher conference week. Monday, October 31st, we will hold a normal preschool and school day. Our Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Tuesday, November 1st through Thursday, November 3rd. There will no preschool classes held during this time. School will be dismissed at 1:30 p.m. these days. Please take the time and sign up for your conference times at: (this will be open until Friday, October 21st).
