Previously, Jarrett served as the Director of Faith Formation in Cascade and the Coordinator of Youth Ministry in Marshalltown. He holds a BA in Philosophy and an MA in Theology from Loras College, where he spent some time in the seminary. Jarrett is happily married to the St. Cecilia School music teacher, Mrs. Luisa Wendt, and they are excited to start building their family together here in his home town of Ames. You may see Jarrett around St. Cecilia working with the RCIA (Becoming Catholic) process, preparing parents for Baptism, helping with Marriage Preparations, supporting the Hispanic Ministry, or collaborating with Parish Council, Stewardship Committee, Social Justice Committee, or Parish Life Committee. He is very happy to be part of the wonderful St. Cecilia community!
