About
Francine grew up in Dubuque, Iowa, but ventured south to Miami, Florida for college. She graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration (1993) and a Master of Public Accounting (1995). She worked as an auditor and business consultant in South Florida until her husband, Kevin, finished school and was commissioned into the United States Army. Due to the moves and demands of military life, Francine became a stay-at-home mom once they started their family.
The next two decades brought three children, four states, six homes, several part-time jobs, and an abundance of friendships. Music was the one constant throughout the journey, and when her family landed in Ames in 2008, it felt natural to become a member of the music ministry. She loves leading the music in our community to enhance our worship and draw our hearts and minds closer to God.
In their free time, the White family enjoys traveling, board and card games, and time together on the water at their cabin in Lake Delhi, Iowa. And, of course, they love making music together!
