Spirit Day – October 7th – Mary’s Meals – $19.50 is all it costs for us to feed a child for a whole school year
Students and staff may wear their ‘spirit’ shirts along with jeans or uniform pants/shorts on Friday, October 7th, for a suggested donation of $1 per person or if you’re able, feed a child for a whole school year for only $19.50 (checks should be made out to St. Cecilia School as we will deposit and send one donation check to them). Or if you’d like to donate online, you can do so at: https://www.marysmealsusa.org/en/donate and you can put in our school name and address in the organization information.

Principal Notes – September 23, 2016

* Check your child’s backpack today for information about the fall fundraiser…First Annual Read-A-Thon! Please take the time to read through the packet as we are hoping this will be the main St. Cecilia School fundraiser for the 2016-17 school year. If FSA reaches our goal of $10,000, a second fundraiser will not be needed. Students will set a reading goal, gather sponsors to pledge money, read from September 30th to October 12th. We are asking you to turn in any money, sponsorship forms, and minute recording sheet by Wednesday, October 19th. Much more information is in the packet. “Reading to the mind is what exercise is to the body.” Joseph Addison
