Public celebration of the Sacrament of Penance (Confession) to resume on a limited basis.

I will once again be resuming hearing Confessions beginning this coming Saturday, March 28.

The following schedule will be in effect:
            Saturday, March 28: 3:30–4:30 p.m.
            Wednesday, April 1, 11:00 a.m—Noon
            Friday, April 3, 11:00 a.m.—Noon
            Saturday, April 4: 3:30—4:30 p.m.

Confessions will take place in the Vesting Sacristy on the northwest side of the Narthex.  While waiting for Confession please do not sit on the benches located outside of the sacristy to give persons confessing the privacy they need.

A chair has been set up in front of a screen for those wishes to remain anonymous.  Another chair has been set at a proper distance from me for those wishing to use the face-to-face option.  Please do not move either chair.  This is for both my health, and yours.  In order to accommodate as many people as possible, I would ask that you make your confession brief and avoid going into a prolonged narrative.  Obviously, any and all mortal sins must be confessed.
Personal confessions are also available by appointment during regular office hours. Please contact the Parish Office at 233-3092.

Palm Sunday of the Lord’s Passion, Holy Week,
Easter Triduum (Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Vigil) and Easter Sunday.

The Vatican has released some directives about the Holy Week liturgies.  As soon as we receive those directives and any additional directives from the Archbishop I will communicate those to you.  The parish staff will be meeting early next week to put together a plan.  Needless to say, these liturgies will not  be open to the public.  We will, however broadcast them.

Let us continue to hold each other in prayer.
