What is Scrip?

Scrip is Substitue Money. At St. Cecilia School, scrip comes in the form of gift certificates to many local and national businesses. St. Cecilia is ale to order the gift certificates at a discount and sell them at face value. This results in a winning situation for all involved as the business and school both make money.

Tuition Credit

The St. Cecilia Board of Education approved that 50% of the scrip profits generated by your family can go into a tuition credit account for your child, with the other half used to support the education programs at St. Cecilia. This is a great way to support the school, and get tuition credit as well.

How to Get Scrip

1. Complete an order form (see link below)
2. Place order by 9:00 A.M. on any Monday. Certificates will by ready by that Friday
3. Keep an extra form for future use
4. Tuition credit will automatically accumulate and be credited to the designated account quarterly.
