School Tuition Organization (STO)

It's all about helping families afford the school of their choce.

The STO offers tuition assistance to families based upon their identified financial need and the amount of money available in the program, as determined by an outside agency.

Those families whose income is at or below 300% of the federal poverty level qualify for assistance through this program.

The STO has provided tuition assitance to more than 3,000 families representing every Catholic school in the Archdiocese of Dubuque.
