* Check your child’s backpack today for information about the fall fundraiser…First Annual Read-A-Thon! Please take the time to read through the packet as we are hoping this will be the main St. Cecilia School fundraiser for the 2016-17 school year. If FSA reaches our goal of $10,000, a second fundraiser will not be needed. Students will set a reading goal, gather sponsors to pledge money, read from September 30th to October 12th. We are asking you to turn in any money, sponsorship forms, and minute recording sheet by Wednesday, October 19th. Much more information is in the packet. “Reading to the mind is what exercise is to the body.” Joseph Addisonread more

St. Cecilia School is using a new system for text reminders this year. We are using a service called Remind. To sign up for text reminders, text the message @stcames to the number 81010. If you’re having trouble with 81010, try texting @stcames to (641) 243-4605.
If they don’t have a mobile phone, you can go to rmd.at/stcames on a desktop computer to sign up for email notifications. These notifications will be used for inclement weather events (snow days, early dismissals) and occasional other reminders, such as schedule changes before breaks. If you have any questions, please contact Tana Tesdall at firstname.lastname@example.org.
